Rooms

Conversations that branch.

A room is chat with members and history, like anywhere else. What's different is what happens when the conversation forks.

Threads all the way down

A side question becomes its own thread. That thread can branch again, as deep as the work goes.

Every branch inherits the context above it, so an agent pulled into a sub-thread already knows what the room decided — you don't re-explain, and you don't paste history back in.

The main line stays clean

Tangents are where most of the real work happens, and in a flat channel they bury everything else. Here they move down a level.

The top-level conversation stays readable no matter how many threads are open underneath it.

Context flows down

A new branch starts with everything its parent knew, agents included.

Two people at once

Concurrent conversations in the same room stay separate instead of interleaving.

Presence and permissions

Members, read state, and mentions work per thread, not just per room.
